The way to reach PrinterSage is by email.
We use email only. There is no phone line, live chat, contact form or postal address for the site.
What you can write to us about
- Corrections: a step that didn’t match your printer or operating system, or something out of date. Please include the page address and, if you’re happy to, your printer type and operating system.
- Suggestions: a printer question we haven’t covered yet.
- Accessibility: any part of the site that is hard to use with your device or assistive technology.
- Privacy requests: questions about personal information you have sent us by email. Our Privacy Policy explains how these are handled.
What we can’t help with
PrinterSage is an independent educational website, so we are not able to:
- repair a printer, connect to your computer or troubleshoot your device one-to-one;
- sell or source printers, ink, toner or parts, or recommend a particular shop or repair business;
- handle warranty claims, returns, recalls or support cases for any manufacturer.
For help with a specific printer, contact the manufacturer through the support page on its official website.
Before you send
Please don’t include passwords (including Wi-Fi or router passwords), payment details, serial numbers you’d rather keep private, or other sensitive information. We only use what you send to read and reply to your message, as described in our Privacy Policy.
