Who we are
This policy covers the website at printersage.com, operated as PrinterSage (“we”, “us”), an independent educational website. You can contact us about this policy at support@printersage.com.
Information we collect
When you browse the site. The site is a set of static pages. It has no account system, no contact, newsletter or sign-up forms and no comment sections, and it does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media plugins or other trackers. Pages do not load scripts, fonts or images from third-party servers.
Technical information processed by our host. The site is delivered by a hosting provider (currently Vercel). To send pages to your browser and protect the service against abuse, the host’s systems process technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
When you email us. If you write to support@printersage.com, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, your message and any attachments. This is the only way we receive personal information directly from you.
Search. Site search runs entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or anyone else, although it appears in the search page’s address in your own browser history.
How we use information
We use emails only to read, answer and act on your message (for example, to correct a guide) and to keep a record of the conversation where needed. We do not use your address for marketing or add you to any mailing list.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Email is delivered and stored by our email service provider on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow-up, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Privacy requests and your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it or to have it deleted. Because we only hold information you have emailed to us, requests are simple to handle.
Email support@printersage.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm the email address is yours before acting. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
The site is written for a general audience, including students, but it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has emailed us, contact us and we will delete the message.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS and uses security headers that block third-party scripts. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, so please don’t email us passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Our guides link to official websites such as printer manufacturers’ support pages and Microsoft and Apple help pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, for example if we add analytics, advertising measurement or a contact form, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and revise the date above.
